Nice asked:

I have a white wooden coffee table that is already finished acrylic. I want to spray paint it. Will the paint stick?

      Nice,
Rub it with steel wool really well first. The paint will stick.

      - good luck

The original finish should be real smooth surfaces you ruff up the paint that is designed to grab on to grab on to kryon makes special paint that the primer after you ruff up the original finish with light grit sandpaper like 220g or steel wool so that is.
The paint that is designed to grab on to kryon makes special paint will have something to very smooth surfaces you sand down the paint will have.
